Yes, this was a quick list, now you vet it and start taking coaches off the list for reasons like this. I also would add that the OC candidate better be flexible… ND likely has different personnel so do what’s best for what you have and don’t be stuck on one way of running the O
After all aren’t the best coordinators the ones who can make adjustments?

Whatever happens, potentially losing Parker as TE coach should have zero weight. TE coach is the easiest position besides RB to coach, maybe even WR. And nearly every TE coach would love to come to ND to coach our guys.

I also don't think Parker will have any options near as good as TE coach at ND so it's a moot point.

Probably need to look for a OC RB and TE Coach. Stuckey might decide that he should have gone to the NFL last year when he was interviewed. On D we probably have to throw the world at Golden to stay or bump Mickens to DC that would mean we would need to decide to bump Bullough up or out.

Thats a lot of turnover.

I found it interesting that Golden did not go out to recruit during the last bye week. Chad Bowden took his place on the road.
If Moorhead is a bad recruiter, just let him focus on scheme in South Bend.

Needs to happen after the Stanford game at the latest if they’re going to make a change. There’s already been a few OC canned this season so there will be a competitive market for a good one.

I don’t know Chip Lindsey’s previous experience but hard to not think he’s benefitting from Drake Maye. Longo looked like a genius at UNC. I didn’t see him on the Top 50 list now that he’s at Wisconsin.

The other thing that interests me is how involved Bevacqua decides he wants to be as the incoming AD. He’s an ND football guy. He played. That has to mean something.

Because those stats factor in wins over Tennessee State, Navy, CMU and Pitt and the points average factors in ND’s special teams and defense putting up points or giving ND’s offense extremely short fields all season.
Also we have real low offensive snap counts per game. Part of which is the new clock rules. We are horrible on third downs which are a lot of hooray we got two yards when we needed 1. When we do move the ball its a lot of chunks from open plays and Estime dragging lilliputians for 4-5 additional yards.

Guys I’ll be honest, I think you call Charlie Jr. immediately and don’t think twice.

He’s young, hungry, has benefited from being with Kiff, and he, if anyone, gets ND.
Seems like he understands how to develop a run game as well.

They did a fantastic job again. The O is just leaving them twisting in the wind
if the dj brown bust for easy td didn’t happen I’d say fantastic… can’t make that bad of a mistake and be happy with D, they gave up 24 points to a depleted average offense
