This is the same guy that pushed NATO allies to uphold their fair share of defense spending to put pressure on Moscow, and urged Germany and the rest of Europe to cut their dependence on Russian energy. He also seems to think he can end the war in Ukraine, I think if Putin wanted that he would have ended it himself by now.
