Dominating possession without many real chances though. Second half should be more wide open.

You're absolutely right, but allowing them that much possession, eventually they are going to put one in. Not many great shots, but they've been in plenty of threatening positions.

Yea I don't think anyone held the illusion they could get a clean sheet on Barca at Camp Nou. They always had to score, but with that horrible display in the first half, I don't know if they were really trying. Arsenal isn't that bad where they shouldn't be able to muster some attacking play. They seemed perfectly content to just clear it towards the halfway line and let Barca come at them again. The Gunners have a great counter and I find it hard to believe they didn't use it at all in the first half just because--it had to be Wenger's orders.

Ugh, what a pitiful display of Arsenal football. I haven't seen the stats but if possession is anything less than 70/30 Barca, they're doing Arsenal a favor. Also agree with whoever posted the suspect referee'ing. That 2nd yellow and sending off of RVP was ludicrous as was the no call of Alves tackling Wilshere from behind and Alves again tackling Nasri from behind and finishing the tackle on his ankle.

Oh well, I guess there were some bad calls in Arsenal's favor too. 2 down Arsenal, 2 to go. See if the Gunners can't lose to United Saturday to make it 0 for 3.

the red card was horrid, but as a guy who was going for Arsenal but had no REAL dog here... that was about it... nothing else was really there imo
