More and more people speaking out in the last few days. West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen was another.

Luis Diaz’s first-half goal in Tottenham’s late 2-1 win was incorrectly chalked off due to what PGMOL called a “significant human error,” with VAR Darren England and assistant VAR Dan Cook stood down for this weekend’s fixtures as a result.
That has now been released publicly via the Premier League, with PGMOL announcing it had identified “key learnings to mitigate against the risk of a future error”.

PGMOL also said its review had been shared with all Premier League clubs.

A statement on Tuesday evening read: “PGMOL can confirm that we have carried out a review into the circumstances which led to the Luis Diaz goal being incorrectly disallowed for offside in the Premier League match between Tottenham Hotspur FC and Liverpool FC.

“We recognise standards fell short of expectations and acknowledged the error to Liverpool immediately after the conclusion of the fixture.

“A detailed report, including the key learnings and immediate actions taken, alongside the audio between the on-field officials and VAR team has been submitted to the Premier League, who have shared it with Liverpool FC and subsequently all other Premier League clubs.

I'll still take the three points and like it...COYS

Man United and Arsenal both lose in Champions League.

Inter gets the old Italian 1-0 win.

Newcastle absolutely smashed PSG. They're in very good form as of late.

I despise Lazio.

Everton has one charge and it could cost them a 12 point reduction.

I really agree with what Mourinho said years ago. Make clubs abide by FFP instead of enforcing point reductions later. It seems like a very simple solution. Then again we're talking about FIFA, UEFA and the England FA. All of whom would burst into flames should they enter a confessional booth.

Pulisic with an assist yesterday in a 2-2 draw with Napoli.

Roma is a classic Mourinho team. They just lay back and play for a point on the road. They don't even try to win the game. I know they have some injuries, but there has to come a point where you try to get something out of games. 14 points from 10 matches and 11 points off of the top, sitting in 8th.

Newcastle v. Arsenal looked like a match from the 1990s. Referee had no control. Havertz and Bruno G. should have both been sent off.

Arteta has the benefit of managing in London so his complaints about the officiating will probably not be seen as "moaning", but he isn't English, so maybe they will.

I don't watch nearly as many EPL matches anymore but the ones I do the officials are bad every week. Everywhere. For just about everyone.

This is typical of most European managers. When it becomes MY problem, the world is an unjust place. Helps he's in London, doesn't help he's not English. Guardiola, Klopp, Arteta don't get the benefit of the doubt because they're not English. So the mouthpiece is....Eddie Howe? Roy Hogsdon? Sean Dyche?

Vincent Kompany spoke out a few weeks ago too. Said in so many words apologies don't help us get points.

Sheffield had a situation last year when the referee's watch buzzed for a VAR check when everyone was already at halftime. They ended up getting relegated. Liverpool had a legitimate goal subtracted in an unprecedented situation against Tottenham last month. Arsenal lost a match where they had one shot on goal and they released a statement, and one month coming off of Arteta's comments about Liverpool v Spurs.

The only way this works is if the managers stand together on a united front and get things working better. If everyone just waits for something to happen to them, none of this gets taken seriously.

This is hardly the first time it's happened to Arsenal. Objectively, with all the technology available calls should not be missed. They didn't even VAR the shot to Jorginho's head? The supposed best league in the world is officiated like your local U10. It's aggravating. Even if it happens to Spurs.
