Maybe I'm just biased, but I don't think this game has been a snoozer. NYC has been playing some beautiful ball lately in the attacking half since Jack Harrison became healthy combined with Fat Frank coming back and Iraola moving to CDM.

Just waking from my Pirlo induced coma... Just hoping we show up and don't stand around looking like we did with Argentina... I suspect Wood being back will help that... My unbiased prediction: 3-1 we fall in a better showing than Argentia but moments of persistent 'wtf' in the midfield cost us.

Two things:

1.) still hate our current jerseys, both of them...
2.) watching our NT in a tourney where Putos have already been bounced lowers the stakes so much... It's a much more leisurely watch in these circumstances, Argentina was too... It reminds me of watching Celtic over the last few years, I love em, it's great to watch, but with the Huns already dead and buried it's kind of like, ' eh, we already won.'

Final Thought: If a dude puts his head into you and you're going to shove him in the face and get a red, get your money's worth and knock the dude out. Make him think twice the next time he tries to bait someone.

California Classico is on, but only on Univision... But I finally figure out how to listen to games on Spanish channels in English, assuming alternate language options are available. Listening to the Galaxy game right now in English... So that's a win... Too bad they're on the worst run of form I believe I've ever seen a LA Galaxy squad currently.

IMO it is becoming unwatchable because there is no flow to the game with all the flopping and crying.

I don't watch much soccer outside of major tournaments but damn do they teach everyone in South America to cry like this?

These are the best two teams that I've seen play in the tournament, I love the speed and talent on display but it's hard at times reminding myself that these are grown ass men playing.

I get it, I have a good Argentian friend, his entire family are Boca fans... I've tried to watch games with them and it's as much theater as it is soccer imo... Sucks bc they do have talent.
