Optimistic about the USMNT after tonight's second half performance. Bobby Wood is the real deal. Nagbe locked himself as a starter in the midfield over Beckerman as he completed 33 out of 33 passes and scored. Pulisic will be an impact sub every game, though he could probably start now. Yedlin was excellent, Brooks was excellent. Fabian was good at LB though I'd rather see him forward more. Bradley looked great once Nagbe was in the game. Jones gets better with age.

Zardes was terrible. Dempsey was bad. Beckerman may have had his last performance for us (we can hope). Zusi was Zusi. Not bad, not good.

Lol. Keep supporting your shit clubs while United rise back to the top. Jose wants this job BADLY. He wants to seal his legacy at Old Trafford. We will compete for the league title immediately, and Champions League after that.

While all the Liverpool fans around here miss out on any European competition year after year, we'll be winning trophies.

Jose Mourinho has a legacy.

Porto - 2.5 years.
Chelsea - 3 years.
Inter - 3 years.
Real Madrid - 3 years.
Chelsea - 2.5 years

Mou wanted Chelsea to be his legacy. Claimed all this love and how he wanted to stay for a long time....and then he fell apart.

I'm okay with missing out on European football. I would have preferred for them to make it but I'd rather not play in Europa League anyway. Klopp probably will stick around for many years. I have that to look forward to. Probably 5-6 years of excitement. You have 2 years of probably great results.....followed by Mou doing what Mou does, self-destruction.

He will be here longer than 3 years. Mark my words. This is where he will cement himself as a legend.

You should worry more about Liverpool staying competitive instead of who United's manager will be in 4 years. We'll see if your anointed one Klopp can get you Top 4 next year.

I cant wait until Zlatan nets two goals at Anfield and Jose is giving it to the Scouse fans in attendance. It will be so nice to have a man on the touch line who wants to win as much as the fans do.

Funny, it's almost as if you forgot that you rags wanted Pep before maureen. Will be tough to win trophies when Manchester is blue.

City has us shaking in our boots...

You couldn't beat us with LVG, you think you'll beat us with Mourinho?

City is nothing. You bought the league once and have done nothing since. Congratulations.

We also had pellers, and he was a joke. Also, I wouldn't call ucl semis nothing, considering the rags could't make it out of the group stage. We won the league *twice* in the past 5 years, btw.

Your very own Eric Cantona came out and said Pep>Maureen if you didn't hear

So is Ibra going to ManU or is this just the usual charades?

Hope not. His wife wants to be in LA or NYC and doesn't want to be in miserable Northwest England...

The reason I can't see him going to Man U is cuz he has 1, maybe 2 years of good soccer left if he is lucky and why the hell would he want to spend that playing in the Europa League. It'll either be MLS or a UCL side IMO.

LA certainly can take another DP... Right? Do they move on from Stevie G already?

yeah he's never won a CL so going to ManU wouldn't make much sense. NYFC are shite though so he'd hardly go there.

Don't talk to a NYCFC season holder like that lol. We had the most embarrassing result ever over the weekend but before that were unbeaten in the last 5.

I just saw on twitter this morning, that he also might be headed back to Serie A.

my roommate last year was a Man U fan and I always told him it was more likely he'd end up at Inter than he was to end up at Man U. With that said, he wouldn't be playing UCL football so probably not Inter. I can't see Napoli having the spending power to give him the salary he wants especially if Higuain is still there. Roma? Maybe. Juventus could obviously afford it, but they're pretty stacked at striker. If Morata leaves as speculated, I could totally see Juventus.

There has been talk that Higuain might be sold. Zlatan at Napoli would be fun to watch with Insigne, but I think its unrealistic to see him there.

Juve is interesting, bc they have Dybala who is a young star that could easily be sold. Then they have Zaza who I believe will be getting much more play time next season, especially if Morata leaves. So im not sure exactly how he would fit at Juve, but it would be exciting to watch.

Roma ended the season incredibly strong, so Juve is going to have to do a lot to make sure they can compete with the goal production Roma had in the last 2 months of the comp this year.

For some reason I have this feeling that Ibra is just trolling all of us with the Man U secrecy and is going to end up back in Italy somewhere.

I doubt he makes much impact honestly, he's like 35 or so yes?

I don't understand this obsession out there with his age. He may be 34, but he scored 53 goals this season, including 5 goals in the Champions League. Nobody is expecting 10 years out of him at Old Trafford, but 2-3 good seasons while we prepare young Marcus Rashford to become the leader of the club would be huge for us. He also adores Mourinho so that will help our case.
