Spain, Greece, Bosnia to play friendlies in US ahead of World Cup - ESPN FC
There is a ton of soccer in the US this summer.
Bosnia... freaking Bosnia... in the World Cup... and Scotland can't even sniff it anymore... #kickapuppy
No. and I don't care. Do you remember how good Scotland was during the same era??

Not much better than they are now?
I really think the UK should send a united team.
I would never root for it. Let's just say my love for Scotland is matched by my hate for 'others', and Scotland had a really good national team of much of the 70's, 80's and 90's. Night and Day from today.

If Yugoslavia still existed this would be their Starting XI this year.
It's frustrating, because take Ireland (just as an example)... they have a 'solid' Euro team... I'd call them good. If you break down the rosters of Ireland V Scotland (or at least international players from either nation) there is a good case that can be made that Scotland has more, or at least comparable, talent. Then Scotland puts their team together and they are just so bad. idk if it's the depressed area thing coming into play or what, but the talent is so much better than the result (Not that they have the talent of the 70's and 80's on their squad currently, just much better than the current result.)
I don't watch them nearly enough, but when I do I am underwhelmed by tactics more than anything else. 4-4-2 longball. Not inventive. Not creative. The last time they played the US it was at home to a small crowd and they just hunkered down and played clearance all game. Fletcher was the only dangerous person on the field and he was often alone.
It is rare since he has been in Bunde... but I have loved Subotic's game every time I see him.
