8. ND - résumé boost + Bama drop
9. Miami (FL) - Bama drop + Storyline
10. Oklahoma - résumé took a hit

Also worth noting,… if a bad loss the night before the playoff is set doesn’t impact you why should a last second loss from week 1?? If you want to protect something protect teams actually scheduling each other. Texas and nd getting left out while bama dances would do the opposite
