I'd love to take part here, but how do you make a butt hole look like it has no clue how to coach a football team?
Kelly's Teams:

Tbh though I think a lot of the "softness" of ND teams can be attributed to the type of player the school attracts.
I could go on for days about this and you nail it.
#TeamKelly. Fuck the haters. The man aint perfect. Let me know when you guys find a better man to lead this program without compromising values. I'll hang up and listen.
God, Country, Notre ****ing Dame.
David Shaw, Matt Rhule, Paul Chryst, Brent Venables, ect. These are all guys that are curently at programs that are looked as fairly good academic schools. Are any of these realistic options if the ND position becomes open? Idk, but it doesn't really matter. What matters is that it destroys this idea that we have to stick with Kelly because there aren't any options due to our self imposed restrictions. If you look hard enough you can find guys that can uphold our pointless values that no one give us any credit for while also not being a total moron on the field (kicking a FG down 4 in a game that you've only had 6 total possessions in)
Harbaugh didn't have any problem working within Stanford's restrictions while he was with the Cardinal. What makes ND so much different from that job? Plus how spotless has Kelly's off the field record really been here? It seems like every off season we are discussing some athletes punching cops, getting caught with drugs, getting caught cheating on exams, getting caught with illegal firearms, on and on.
I personally don't care about the academic standards at all. No one outside of the Notre Dame fan base a) cares that we try to do things the right way or b) doesn't believe that we actually are better than your average P5 football factory. So we hold ourselves to this standard and for it we get nothing but misery. I'm not calling for Dabo Swinney to come rolling in with a bus full of hookers and crab legs, but for fucks sake can we possibly field a full roster one season? It's time to accept a few juco's and be more liberal about allowing transfers. How much of our secondary depth issues could have been alleviated this year if we were able to take a Joe Tuna from Southern Mississippi Tech and not have to rely on true freshman.
Win. Win. Win.
Until Notre Dame allows...publicly, or privately, a blatantly athletic track to a degree, I will not respect Stanford, or the other faux elite programs. Notre Dame is not those schools. Those schools are shams...not unlike a certain public school I went to regarding athletics.
Win, do it the right way. It will make the natty(s) so much sweeter knowing that ND does it right....and will be embarrassing when the other schools get called out for the shell game they are currently promoting.
