They ran 80 plays for 207 yards, avg just under 2.6 yds per play. We had 15 tackles for loss, 5 sacks and 3 picks for 2 tds. I dont know if I've ever seen anything like this against a p4 team

I’m genuinely wondering what the Miami spin will be. They won 34-17 over a now 3-8 VaTech team and had 83 yards rushing on offense.

Only 2 things were bad:

Last completion from Minchey gave us 6-7 yards passing - was at game with my 10 year old, made the last 8 minutes of the stats scrolling by annoying haha

2nd (or 3rd they were quick) of 10 extra points just squeaked in.

Just about perfect ☘️, great performance.

And scored a TD basically on the last play of the game on 4th down but VT interim idiot HC used all three timeouts to give Miami the time to do it! Final score should have been 27-17 at best. VT outgained Miami but shitty VY interim coach sucks. He’ll be out of work next year and should be.

Don’t want to start this gray thread up again but he did have two PIs against a pretty awful QB and anemic passing game. They were obvious as well. Stupid roughing play by Hinnish a captain. Things were already awful for the little Cuse QB. He blew a magic moment for Nathan Lane.
KVA out for the season keeps it from being perfect.
While Schmidt was 10/10 many of them would have missed from 30 yards out.
