Will sit down to watch the game with my 94-year-old Mom, who was married at the Old Log Chapel. She will be completely bananas and I will try to remind her of where Manti Te'o is, and who he just slobberknockered. She will think that's the best thing she's seen on TV for a long time. If "TJ" [her new favorite youngster] catches a TD pass, I'll have to watch her heart rate. If we're ahead at halftime, I plan to make some Lime Kool-Aid, and we'll pretend we're special for awhile. C'mon Coach, I've got a wonderful old lady who needs a real ND experience. Me too.

Then BK's big debut. I guess we could actually say that its virtually the whole teams big debut due to all the new faces and new starters.

I'm picturing a future generation (2040) where all our living rooms will have flat screen skype screens so we can watch the game and talk with each other at the same time...almost like an interactive tailgate.

1-2 lbs of pork chorizo, 1-2 cans of Rotel (original is fine but the Hot will spice it up!!), and box of Velvetta cheese.

We call this the Notre Dame Dip in our house. As much of a ritual as wearing the ND garb for every game!
