Wow. Doesn’t that reflect poorly on Leonard as well? How is the DC not aware of a LB recruit on a visit?
It absolutely does.

Chryst is a lifetime college coach. There is no excuse for this.

Frankly, I wouldn't want to talk to anyone from Marist HS either unless I had to.

Yup. Contrast with Freeman even as DC who basically brought his boy with him to takeover recruiting.

If you were Jimbo, who would y'all hire to be OC next year? Phil Longo, the dude from Cuse?

To be clear, the arrogant A hole is Jimbo Fisher, and not you IRISHDODGER
Yeah, I was trying to parse your statements but then decided to give you the benefit of the doubt…LOL. I appreciate you clarifying nonetheless. And to your initial point, Longo would be a homerun hire if Jimbo would give him the playcalling reins.

Personally I'd kinda rather Longo be a homerun hire for Notre Dame, presuming Rees moves on.

I’ve rarely come away from a big UNC game impressed with the offense, which is a main critique of our current and previous OCs.

It stalls out fast against good Ds.

So where does Rhule go? Nebraska if Leipold says no? Could he be in play at Sconny? Georgia Tech maybe?

If ATM really does have limitless money maybe they fire Jimbo and hire Rhule.

As dirty & backstabbing as they are, I could see their boosters turning in “receipts” that Jimbo had a direct hand in or direct knowledge of paying players to sign w/ aTm so they can fire him w/ “cause”

He should have his choice of HC jobs in CFB if that’s what he wants. My guess is the only position he would prefer over NFL is PSU So he may be willing to wait.

He'd be a home run for Wisconsin. But he should wait and see what else opens. Will probably be the top coach on the college market this cycle. If this had happened a year ago, I wonder if he'd be coaching Notre Dame right now.

I'm not sure he has a job in the NFL after this tenure, he just looked completely overwhelmed on offense.

I forgot that Sconny has been spending the least of any P5 team in recruiting, so I gotta think that makes the Badgers low on the totem pole.

I know he did a great job with Temple and turning around Baylor after their sanctions, but is Rhule really better than Fickell? I'd think that Swarbrick probably would rather go with the Fick.

If you look at their history, Wiscy is Leonhard's.
Agreed. Wiscy would have to really shit the bed from here on out for Leonhard to not get the nod. That division is full of mediocrity & still up for grabs.

Can we start paying the NCAA to endorce rules so then doing this will result in the death penalty?

Surely there's a 28-year-old morally challenged siliconically enhanced blonde in Jimbo's history who could be used to take him down. A hitman's been suggested, but you sorta hate to take it that far.
