I believe that is referred to as a spit roastFirst of all, I'm going to give up picking these games going forward, because I never saw this coming.
This game was won at the line of scrimmage. It was a rout on both sides of the ball. The offensive line opened up four lane highways all night long, and it was beautiful to see. Clemson knew they didn't want to throw the ball, they knew Notre Dame wanted to run the ball, and they couldn't stop it. Straight down their throats and straight up their asses at the same time.
Rat poisonOk, now the question is...where will ND be ranked? I'm predicting 19th. Fair but still weird since I bet Clemson will be about 10-12th.
What’s wiedd about their d is that when there was 4 yards available to gain Clemson was damn near dead last in stopping a gain of 4 or more yards.Best part about this win to me is what an awful matchup it was on paper. They know we can’t pass it. We know we can’t pass it. And they still couldn’t stop us with their top ranked run defense. Just total domination.
Didn't you see Charlie WeisI would tear both my ACLs and meet my out of pocket max if I meant ND plays like this against top 5 teams the rest of my life.
Same. Maybe people will quit handing out their tix to away fans!!!amazing atmosphere tonight. My section was awesome. Had some fun with the Clemson fans all night. Good people.
Beyond X’s and O’s, I’ve been willing to give MF some leeway on bad losses to figure this out and instill his culture on the program. I think a corner has been turned. Complete dominance against the fourth ranked team in the country. That Bracy sack made me moist. Go Irish!!!
Did he do good on D?BTW how about Prince Collie……
Definitely takes the sting out of Philly losing two separate championships tonight.
thats got us all thinkinNot hyperbole did Benjamin Morrison have the best game for ND player this decade? At corner no less?
