Ash did an excellent job against USC, that is not an easy task considering it was the #1 offense in the country by nearly every service.

That was a winning recipe and especially considering the conditions was smart. They also sniffed out everything tricky that USC tried. That was the #1 rated offense coming into the game and keeping them in the 20s is a win. We should expect to score 30+ every week that CJ Carr plays normally.

ND hit 38 tonight with almost no passing game, 1/3rd of a kicking game and 100 yds in penalties. Just wild how dangerous this team is. Hopefully this team can learn how to not inflict damage on themselves/stay in the moment.

I have never experienced such a wide swing on my opinion of a coach in about a month. After aTm I was ready for him to be sent to Gitmo for terrorism. The defense is really good. That USC team is maybe not an elite team, but their offense is absolutely elite. Maybe the best in the country. The smothered them at times and forced them into bad decisions especially the second half of the game.
