ND has a Director of Scouting, Director of Player Personnel, Director of Recruiting as well as Head Coach and Executive Director/Board of Directors of RALLY. In addition, work with players, recruits and transfers, as well as their family and agents.

All the GM has to do is work with all of them and everyone under them to make ND win the Natty, easy enough?
