Will be traveling to Buffalo for the weekend as my Chippewas take on the Bulls (UB). I was wondering if anyone had any bar suggestions around the campus/stadium or anything to go see while we are out there. I got a few great suggestions from CanadalovesND earlier but wanted to see if anyone has anything else they would suggest.

We are cutting through Canada and I believe stopping in at Niagara for a bit.

Grew up in Upstate (but not Western NY). Friends from Cheektowoga in college and coached a lot of hockey in Buffalo when my son was playing. Anchor Bar is the place for true Buffalo wings and cold beer. There are a couple of great Greek diners for breakfast out near the airport as well for the next AM. Drive safe.
