I don’t think confronting anything, in reality, will create change on a message board. Adversity may be reading something you don’t like, persevering may be moving past it and spending your energy where it can be more constructive.

She is in charge or behavior and community engagement for public schools in harford county in maryland, where this term came up. This phrase means, basically someone riding your back and trying to push you to work. I already knew what this meant by having a teenage daughter but interesting it came up here. Means nothing racist or homophobic as either gender can do it no matter their background.
