Schlabach has the Irish dropping the home game, while Bonagura has the Irish exiting in the next round losing once again to Ohio State. Sad.

ha not sure what you mean by "no chance this happens", it's scheduled based on which team is ranked where, objectively. You must not know ball very good

I wouldn’t say “no chance” it happens, but while the schedule is based on which team is ranked where, the committee has shown a tendency to abuse the relativity of it all to create, or avoid, matchups.

I do think they would look to avoid the rematch unless painfully obvious that ND should be 6 and Miami should be 11. Especially in a world where a matchup like ND (7) - LSU (10) is so adjacent.
