Pitchers are finally getting their arms into shape, hitters are hitting and all of sudden second base seems to be an all star

Very true. I've been sleep walking a bit with the slow start.

They didn't take spring training seriously enough in my opinion. That falls on Cora and works its way down. April essentially became their spring training and it showed.

They'll be there all summer long and into the fall. The top of the division is strong and as the Yankees get healthy, it becomes that much tougher.

Really liking Chavis but I'm just waiting for that slump

Sale has been an absolute rollercoaster this year.

Aside from the Sox struggles, the Yanks are just loaded and Tampa Bay is more of a factor than many expected this far into the season.

It's a looooong season and there's plenty of baseball to go but even if the Sox were to make the playoffs, I have zero confidence at this point.

the left side of our infield is the best in baseball. MVP in right has to start putting up better numbers at some point.

Pitching - yikes. But I have hope the BP will get it together and Chris Sale might be Chris Sale-ish at some point.

Yeah, I still have faith in this team. There's just too much talent to continue playing the way they have. This team has holes, but should hit another cylinder in the second half. I'm excited to see where this team goes as Mookie comes around and the bullpen gets fixed up.

It’s been said elsewhere, but the next two weeks - 14 straight games against the Yankees and Rays - will probably decide the season. Need to jump Tampa (and at least one other team) to make the wild card, and it’d be nice to do so in comfortable fashion.

I'd like to see pitchers start long tossing like the day after the season ended. Cora did a piss poor job getting the arms in shape last year and it showed.

I recall early during spring training him saying something along the lines of lightening the pitchers workloads due to the previous year's long WS run. No, dumbass...that isn't how pitching arms work.

Outside of that...I've been kind of in a wait and see mode with this new GM.
