I'd wager money that Biden's team is having him secretly take cognitive tests (repeatedly) hoping that he can pass when he's having a good day. I think that's the only way Biden could calm the storm. As much as the Biden team lies though, not sure who will believe them.

My daughter is a nurse in Oncology now, but for about five years she ran clinical trials for Dementia and Alzheimer at IU's School of Medicine. Haven't had a chance to get her thoughts.
