Why would I provide criticism of him as a progressive when we have people pushing replacement theory points here? Makes a ton of sense to hold me to a higher standard than those you like. I said I wished that the republican wet dreams were true but that isn't enough to say I think he's a bad candidate. The one thing I can't handle is how seriously you take yourself. It's incredible. This is literally a glorified shitpost thread. Nobody is willing to provide any sort of support for their positions other than "well muh feelingz". That’s like saying Brian Kelly is guilty and has been found guilty of murder of Declan Sullivan because of what took place on the civil side. You have to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal trial. In a civil case you can be held liable, and the standard is much much lower to find someone liable for damages.

So the jury is basically saying that yeah maybe basically. The jury checked “no” on rape. And checked “yes” on sexual assault.

So the University was guilty of murder then by your standard, not BK.

Again it’s a civil case. It’s fun to point at and make your point but in reality he’s guilty of nothing. Women says he fingered me, guy says he didn’t…. jury finds that the evidence or in this case their testimonies the woman was more believable. This would have been a resounding not guilty by a mile in a criminal trial. Stop pretending to be smart.

For example… OJ Simpson found not guilty of murder. Then in a civil trial found liable for the wrongful death of his wife and lover. This happens a lot… although OJ probably did it. lol. The law is the law and pretty specific and no one is arguing that he's innocent.
