As if I didn't need more reason to despise Bama, they go ahead and let the worst group of douchebags into the championship.

Edit: I apologize as I realize that comparing the Michigan football team to a product used for feminine hygiene is an insult to women.

I despise both teams (sorry Bishop), but it was a great, fun, physical game in an epic setting. Truthfully, it's pretty awesome seeing Michigan, Washington, Texas and Alabama play for the NC. You've got some new blood in there, and it reminds me of college football in the 90's. Today's game reminded me of the Alabama - Michigan Orange Bowl (Tom Brady, Anthony Thomas, Freddie Millons, Shaun Alexander, David Terrell).

Congrats to Michigan for cheating their way to the top, scheduling cupcakes all year long, and beating the worst Alabama football team in 20 years. This is my nightmare. I've been saying it since the preseason...college football didn't have a powerhouse this year and Michigan was just good enough to find their way into the NCG with a shot to win it all. Vomit.

Let’s be honest. Auburn did the college football world a disservice by letting Alabama beat them on the last play of the game.

Alabama fooled everyone by playing their best game of the year against Georgia. Alabama is soft as fuck in the interior and they have a running back playing QB.

The Rees offense finally reared its ugly head

I'm in the minority here but Michigan deserved the win. They suffocated Alabama with their defense. Both lines are excellent. They have one of the best backs in the country and their Qb knows what he's doing. They are one tough team, like it or not. This "just good enough" stuff is just BS.

You are definitely in the minority. Bama wasn't a great team this year by any stretch. The GA win really had me scratching my head, almost in a conspiracy type contemplation. GA would have beaten Michigan convincingly, yet they laid an egg vs Bama who was barely better than a .500 Auburn team who got rolled by a crap Maryland team.

Sadly, I just feel CFB is entering a time where it is very hard to get excited about it. Players are temporary, rented commodities that you cant really get too excited when they commit because odds are they wont be there anyway in a couple of years. It is semi pro and a lot of the luster is gone.

Problem is that West Coast teams have been traditionally flash. When they play good teams that are physical, they fold. Oregon to LSU I think twice?

This. Not a Bama fan nor a Washington fan but I cannot deal with the severe lack of integrity of the Michigan program and coach. How do you lift up a program that has been investigated doing unlawful things what, three times in a year? Zero integrity.
