The SEC went 5-4 in bowl games this season, and four of the five wins came against Big Ten teams. Penn State and Ohio State in particular had some key opt outs. The Cotton/Peach/Orange/Citrus quad looks good on paper, though.

I don't know the overall strength of this year's SEC compared to recent years, but we all know that UGA team is really good. I am still wondering how Alabama beat them. I think UGA is better than Michigan, Washington and Texas.
Regardless of unbeaten Jordan Travis less FSU being cast aside, I think we ended up with the best playoff in the end. Both games were outstanding. It was a great night of football.
