I considered this. Couple of thoughts:
1. There is no nudity here.
2. I don't think of the rules NDinLA posted as "new rules," just the codification of common sense principles that people should have already been following. I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on where that line is drawn. If a mod disagrees, I won't object to them removing the video. I'm not trying to be inappropriate here.
3. I think there is a "you know it when you see it" quality to posts that could get you in trouble, and having a list of guidelines is helpful but cannot be absolute or comprehensive, but representative. Honestly, I'd be lying if I hadn't made posts here (including this one) that gave me some reservation.
Ultimately, I concluded that there was nothing ban-worthy here. The fact that board decorum has become an issue lately shouldn't stop people from posting stuff that they otherwise would have considered appropriate, if edgy, IMO.
Again, if I erred here in terms of appropriateness, I am cool with being corrected.
