Everyone can laugh at Cristobal for being a meathead, and being terrible with clock management, but the man knows how to recruit and coach up the trenches at this level better than almost anyone in the country.

Our offensive line full of high end talent got whipped all night.
Hopefully Coach Rudolph and Denbrock can take this performance as a learning opportunity for the long season ahead, but damn that was incredibly disheartening to watch.

Refs didn’t do us many favors tonight, but you can’t be happy about line play for the better part of the game. Encouraged by qb play though.

Eh, whatever. A 3 point loss on the road against a top 10 team with a veteran QB isn't the end of the world. Carr looked good and showed he has potential. He looked better than most of the other QBs in the country and it was his first start. Defense responded well after being punched in the mouth. Losing sucks, especially to that particular team, but all we can do is respond. Onward.

Miami got all the bounces tonight, especially the late INT. The one handed catch before half was unreal...cmon Shuler make a play! . O-line was def trash, the secondary didn't look like the best in the country. And I'd move Love to slot and Price to starting RB tomorrow morning. This will not be a repeat of last year's success, but Carr looked good...and the future is bright.
