Wagner is still too small to hold his own against the best of the best, much like Knapp.

Where do you think ND falls in the polls? With Bamas loss I have to think they swap and ND goes to 10 and Miami goes to 6-8.

Everyone can laugh at Cristobal for being a meathead, and being terrible with clock management, but the man knows how to recruit and coach up the trenches at this level better than almost anyone in the country.

Our offensive line full of high end talent got whipped all night.
Hopefully Coach Rudolph and Denbrock can take this performance as a learning opportunity for the long season ahead, but damn that was incredibly disheartening to watch.

You all laughed when I said this could be 2016 all over again but here we are. Question marks on the o-line, question marks on the defense, inconsistency with the qb. I hope we can get it together because you may think I’m just being too pessimistic but a bad season is very very VERY possible. This DOES NOT look like a team that can go to the playoffs.

Eh, whatever. A 3 point loss on the road against a top 10 team with a veteran QB isn't the end of the world. Carr looked good and showed he has potential. He looked better than most of the other QBs in the country and it was his first start. Defense responded well after being punched in the mouth. Losing sucks, especially to that particular team, but all we can do is respond. Onward.

Imagine getting outcoached by a Cristobal led team
I’d call it more out coaching yourself than anything because once Denbrock opened things up a bit, we had success. Way too god damn cute for the first 75% of the game

Our DL just isn’t big enough. They have 350 lbs monsters to our 280 lbs DT. Got bullied all game. Miami controlled the game for too long. Fuck!!!!

Miami got all the bounces tonight, especially the late INT. The one handed catch before half was unreal...cmon Shuler make a play! . O-line was def trash, the secondary didn't look like the best in the country. And I'd move Love to slot and Price to starting RB tomorrow morning. This will not be a repeat of last year's success, but Carr looked good...and the future is bright.
