Yeah was more going off Lion said about other sports not just soccer, and meant those type of streaming platforms as a whole and ESPN + came to mind since it's newest.
Either way, don't see any thing bad coming from this, other than gambling addictions.
For sure on the content-heavy add-on platforms.
NFL Sunday Ticket is already a huge "niche" market, especially since it comes in a lot of introductory cable packages for a year or with a discounted rate, but it's going to get a huge bump from football fans that will take the next step to consistent betting (even for people that will bet "for fun" and throw down small, controlled bets each week).
My original point was about pulling in some of the average folks who would have never thought about betting before. The already-accessible sports are going to see a surge from all kinds of people tuning in to keep up with their weekly bets since it will be relatively easy to do so, even without the add-ons like ESPN+ or Sunday Ticket.
