Questionable move if he wants to play in the NFL. OU has all of one TE in the league that's a starter with any kind of production, Mark Andrews for Baltimore. The other two TEs aren't in the 2 deep on their teams, one being Blake the "Belldozer" who was a converted QB, and the other not even being on the depth chart.

Sooo what you are saying is they are one of the very few schools right now who can point to having a tier 1/2 TE in the league right now?

I don't think this is a valid arguement when the coaches who put these players in the NFL are no longer there

On a Tier based scale Oklahoma is like a 3 or 4 while ND is a 1, Top Tier. No contest.

Hard to believe the staff just lands a kid then ignores him. I'm wondering if OU didn't keep after him and raised the NIL ante to the point he finally said okay?

Parker Thune is a HUGE douchebag & the only person I might put above EJ as the biggest troll, asshole on the sites.

Anything he says is him exaggerating the shit out of everything.

Roberts might end up at OU, but not in the way this assclown will spin it.

He still tells people that Bowen was always committed to OU & the ND commitment & the Oregon commitment were just trolling.

Thune is the kid (he is a kid) who sucked at sports so stalks athletes & trolls on the internet, but runs and hides when he sees you in person.

I'm just saying BS that ND never told him they were planning on taking 2 TE's whether they take 2 in the 2024 or 2025 class what's the difference make, Roberts knew the staff were going after Carter Nelson hard.

maybe they didn't but i just don't see our staff being village idiots and not inviting a top 5 rated TE in the 25 class that you already have in the fold to the grill and chill event and not tell him upfront that you may also look at taking a second in the class like this Thune guy is saying.

I personally don’t care about losing kids to OU. If that’s where you want to play football and for that ass hat 6-6 coach then you’re never meant to be at ND.

Losing kids like Scott to Ohio State stings bc they’re a good program with a lot to offer. Losing kids to OU is like losing them to UCLA. Likely won’t hear much about them.
