Never thought of that analysis but makes a lot of sense.Very intriguing prospect. 6’5 200 lbs, at this stage, is not that far off a college Vyper/Edge.
Huge fan of this addition.
With those long arms he could be the Foskey punt blocker on specials.Very intriguing prospect. 6’5 200 lbs, at this stage, is not that far off a college Vyper/Edge.

Partially why moving him down, in some capacity, makes sense to me. Is he an average ATH at S? What is he at LB or Edge? You never know until the weight gets on but if he really is already 200 lbs. He’s really not that far off a Julian Okwara trajectory. Who I believe was about 210 around this time.I’m curious to see his tape this coming year. Absolutely elite measurables, and I have faith in Mickens to develop him right, but his junior tape didn’t set the world on fire.
Don’t do what OSU did with Sonny Stylew which is waste 2 years of his eligibility trying to keep him at safety.Partially why moving him down, in some capacity, makes sense to me. Just such different body types … Blair is way more like Hamilton build and athleticism wise, instincts are biggest question. He’s not built like a current 200 lb future 250lb vyper… he’s built like a safety that can get up to 215-220 and look somewhat thin because that’s needed to keep his athleticism and range.Partially why moving him down, in some capacity, makes sense to me. I think QB.I don't know why fans always make assumptions based on someone's height/weight. Every 6'3/6'4 WR could turn into a TE if they gain some weight. Never seen it happen once at ND. Faraimo is 6'3 230 so that means Vyper apparently. Yet a guy who played Safety for 3 years should move to D-line at the next level because of his size, not abilities.
I remember Jack Lamb was a 6'4 LB who's specialty was pass coverage. Before injuries derailed his career, he was the starter in Nickel and Dime packages as a sophomore because he was so good against the pass. Yet every discussion had someone suggesting they move him to DE. Khalid Kareem was 100% going to gain weight and move inside because he was 260 as a recruit. Then he got on campus and lost weight.
I have yet to see anyone that has covered Blair suggest anything other than safety, but because he is 6'4...
No one made a single assumption that I've seen. You seem angry about nothing.I don't know why fans always make assumptions based on someone's height/weight. We just gotta make sure these guys don’t transfer after one yearHe and Ivan Taylor in the secondary are going to be scary good in a couple of years.
Welcome to ND JaDon!!
The start of a streak of recruits committing!!
Had to sit on this one for a while.Singer said JaDon told him he knew he was going to ND on June 7th, before he went on other OV's.
ClicksHad to sit on this one for a while.
Wayyyyy back when EJ said Michigan had the “slight lead” for Blair, both Jay & JaDon were shown that. They both laughed at it. Said Michigan was a distant third.
They replied that unless something crazy happened, JaDon was going to ND.
That was well before the visits.
After the ND visit they said ND didn’t mess it up, they in fact, did even better than the Blair’s could have hoped for. Asked why they were still going on visits & not just shutting it down & they answered it was Jadon’s only chance to go through the process and it was his dream to do so. But he was going to ND.
So all the PSU & Michigan sites were full of crap thinking it was close or they ever led.

Looks like I quoted the wrong thing, meant to quote your post ab EJ Holland and the PSU staff.IB’s board isn’t on a national site.
They don’t get “clicks.”
IB’s “clicks” come from articles they publish on Athlon.
The info on the board is clickbait like at 247 or On3.
That just means he can take part in the practices, correct? He can't play in any bowl game.Driskell is reporting that Blair is working towards doing a "CJ Carr enrollment" where he will join the team in December for Bowl/Playoff prep. It is not officially finalized as there is still a few things that need to get done, but it is trending towards that.
