This type of recruit makes a big difference. He is a plugger that you would see on Georigia and Alabama

There will be major opportunities to contribute early at ND.

Interior oline in 25 will be

Hinish (undersized depth player)
Onye (hopefully 5th yr starter)
mukam (not high on)
Rubio (hopefully 5th yr starter)
Houstan (sounds like he's doing well on scout team)
Sevilliano (will be soph so hopefully ready)

If it plays out that way (no transfers) it's a solid group, but not elite IMO. Hinish has a good motor, but not sure he'll be able to have the size to contribute as much as we need from the top 4. I'd think Onye, Rubio are starters then the rest is up for grabs with development. Transfer could be in store here if Ford and Vernon are SDE.

I think he could take time from or prevent from playing (hinish, mukam)

His rankings are so off. Just judging by the way he's being pursued / offer list, he's got to be a top 100 player in the eyes of coaches.

You never, ever, ever want to be the first team in on a recruit from Florida.

Apparently Miami is trying their best to flip him. Long way until 2025 signing day!!
Oh man no way, a Florida defensive lineman committed to Notre Dame extremely early and is now getting heavy pressure to flip to a school with fat NIL checks?

(Keep that DL recruiting board stocked, ND.)
