B-/C+ is solid in my book and according to the Grade key I used as a reference. He has the tools and the quicks, but needs to add quite a bit of weight (208lbs) without losing too much of his speed. An asterisk in his ranking is his lack of competition in Hawaii.

This was my Grade reference:
A — Elite / Top 5 CFP caliber
B — Outstanding / Top 15 caliber
C — Solid / Borderline Top 25 caliber
D — Subpar / Not good enough
F — Disaster

I could be mistaken, but I believe that is exactly the grading system Driscoll uses. I think those are actually his words.
