Ryan and Shaun on a youtube IB podcast today started off the show talking about him and said without going into detail that the family wanted certain things that ND wasn't willing to give and so both sides decided to mutually part ways

wow...the only way I could have thought this was normal or okay was if the sons just didn't want to live in their dad's shadow and wanted to have an identity on the team other than "coach's son." but if it was over incentives and other non-personal reasons...wtf seems like mccullough aint too committed to nd

In that case, later. He’s not good enough to make demands. He’s no Keon Keeley, he needs to know his place.

This wasn't about the McCulloughs.

I really wanted Brandon in the class, but I’m genuinely happy and appreciative of him and his family that they made their wants clear and allowed the staff time to go in a different direction.

If ND isn’t going to play the game *at all* then recruits and families need to be open and honest from the jump.

Could you imagine how direct Coach Prime is to Colorado's Boosters and Admin on the topic of NIL.....

scUM fans are already probably hearing from writer EJ that he wasn't a fit now or a take at the moment for the wolverine staff.

Was this a big loss? I didn’t really follow his recruitment much.
I mean, he’s probably a good player but he was in Notre Dame’s class so randomly and for so little time that he was basically never a part of the class.

I don’t think so.

I’d say we got Young in that possible role of a SDE/3T. Who I think has more upside.

BDS is another on those guys that maxed out early. He’s a good player at this level and will likely be a solid player at the collegiate level but his eval has been trending lower since his Sophomore year. Though it’s likely bottomed where it’s presently at.

Ej Holland posted some DL/DT guy visiting yesterday whose rates 87 as one of the most underrated players in this class I laughed because the guy from Florida we picked up I think is way understated

The BDS recruitment was just weird in general. Committed during his first visit and most of us had never even heard of him. I never really thought he was going to stick anyway.

Would hope Al Washington has been in the game long enough to know to check in with his commits once a month. Seems purposeful.
