I have no idea about Tate other than it's ND vs OSU vs maybe Tenn vs Deep Pockets U that rolls out a salary before ESP. If Moore comes to ND, I like Tate2ND more but Smith-Njigba is going to go OFF this year. Hartline's pitch will be honest and lucrative.

As for ND's chances with Moore... It makes sense unless Ohio State comes at him 100. Versus MI it's Tommy + Freeman > Harbaugh - Gattis + Sherrone Moore & Punter turned QB coach, Weiss

“I’m trying to get back to Notre Dame this month,” Sayin said. “I don’t have a date locked in but I’m trying to go on the 24th. Note Dame is a special place and I have a really good relationship with Coach Rees. I love the tradition and everything about the place so hopefully I can get back out there.

As for a timeframe for a decision, Sayin said he likely pulls the trigger during his junior year.
“I think it will be a couple of months in to my junior year,” Sayin said. “I want to see where some of the ‘23s (QBs) end up and then go from there. I’m not planning to narrow my list or anything, at least not publicly, when I feel ready to go, I’ll just make a commitment and ride it out from there.”

Well, this may be an unpopular interpretation, but Sayin is Saying a mouthful about the '23 quarterback recruiting and how it plays out.
Just for me, I am interpreting it as "If Moore goes to ND, I will go elsewhere"

at least, that's how I see it.

Loy said the other day that he didn't believe Moore to ND would change Sayin's feelings on ND. Fwiw.
