Thought my nose smelled something when he seemingly didn’t play in the spring game with no reported injury.

Odd man out
Damn, I liked his play. Does this suggest that he was passed up by incoming freshmen? Or just by his classmate Tae Johnson?

Taebron Bennie Powell is in his class too, correct?

Probably mostly Talich being better in the same type of role

Shuler is probably more likely than not to be gone after next season, which is would leave a spot available. Tough to imagine he beats out Blair / Tae / Golden / O’Brien / Talich for one of the 2 spots.

At the end of the day he was going to probally play special teams this year and maybe start by his Senior year too many young talented guys. Stuff like this is healthy for the program

Good player, but I get it. Hope he does well at his next school. He for sure should be a P4 starter somewhere, maybe back in Arizona.

Bummer. Nature of the game with this secondary though. A lot of talent for not a lot of playing time.

When he committed as a 3 star, did he think he was going to start as a sophomore?
What I watched on the field when he did play looked more than a three-star player IMO.... he had a knack of finding the ball and I don't remember any missed tackles.

Yeah but we didn’t see him in pass coverage much. Only in run support. Kinda reminded me of that safety we had a few years back that was the son of the MMA guy. Hit like a truck

I'm shocked he's leaving ND without registering a targeting call. This kid was was a missile and aimed at everything with his head, lol.

Tulane recruiting director followed Urlacher on Twitter as well, but that could be a tire-kicking
