The fact we play Navy every year makes him serviceable and I'm sure we can find a fit for him playing the middle and mirroring a back as a dime safety and flying downhill to tackle

To me, he looks like he’d be one hell of a middle linebacker if he put on some muscle.

He's probably a hell of a lot closer to being Bob Sanders than Bobby Wagner. I don't know how much muscle you'd intend on packing on him, but middle linebacker kind of feels like a litany of injuries just waiting to happen based on his frame. Kennedy is probably pushing about 2 bills now as a true college freshman. A middle linebacker like say, HOF Patrick Willis, carries about 240 in the NFL. Paul Posluszny came in at about 230 I believe.

Yes, this guy's father was a complete anomaly and had a stupid growth spurt in college that sprung him to 6 foot 4. Unless that is something that occurs in the Urlacher family regularly, it would seem our guy here is destined for safety and has the potential to be a really good one.

He was hitting anything that moved on Saturday. Sort of like his dad and Lance Briggs off the field when they played for the Bears. Bazinga.

Had to keep pulling my phone out Saturday during the game to see who the younger guys were. Guy next to us who was a purdue fan was impressed with him. Told him who his dad was, and he he said if he grows a little....look the fuck out. Got a chuckle out of that

If he spurt to 6-4 that would be awesome.
If he has a spurt to 6’0” that would be awesome. Pack 25 pounds on over the next 3-4 years and he’s da man. If he continues to play with that speed, technique and intensity level he will be worth the price of admission. He’s gonna cause some fumbles.

Bringing me back! Loved Bob, but he cranked the amp up to 11 too many times for his 5-8 frame to handle. An absolute heat seeking missile on the field with zero regard for the cost.
Yup, Bob was a fucking animal. He burned out fast, but it was so worth it from a fan perspective. We’ll never see a guy like that again.

I think the DB class for 2024 is gonna end up being a good one. We still might need to bring in 1 safety transfer or corner for depth.
