He’s a name to track with the Stuckey hire. As been mentioned in various places

A lot of coverage on 247 and on3 for him and James. Something is brewing it seems

Sinclair film review. He torched Guyer, mainly Yaites.

Not a extremely high ceiling as a lead WR but could be intriguing as essentially alternative to a Flex TE in both this class and on the field. Stuckey’s basketball team analogy comes into play here and he’s got a nice skill set in the right usage IMO.

Westlake has won 3 straight state titles. The first time in Texas 6A football that has been done. His QB at Westlake, the last 2 seasons, was 5 star Clemson ‘22 QB signee, Cade Klubnick. Who, beat Quinn Ewers and Jackson Arnold for his back to back titles. Exceptional pedigree with that program. I’d be pretty fired up about getting him and James out of Texas.

This is about as important to me as the overall individual talent. He's clearly been in a position, at a very young age, where there are expectations on the program to win. Knowing what it takes to do it in a class of bigger schools, in Texas no less, just means that his work ethic and mindset would have to translate from high school up into the Power Five. In the right fit and the proper environment, he should be able to do that easier than a lot of other guys.

Was at Texas for back to back weekends. Not gonna be an easy pull.

Texas has a ton of WR on their board but Greathouse uniqueness probably means others don’t impact him

Texas guy added a Texas CB

Hopefully Greathouse projections on loving ND upon visit have the same success as James but this battle is tougher

Maybe we work backward and get a great haul of WRs to lure one of those 5* QBs...??

The people down in Westlake feel Texas is getting him. I think this will be a difficult pull.

Unfortunately, I agree. Hard to see a kid leave Austin for SB. UT has a top new incoming QB and a QB developer in their Coach, which should translate to good things for WRs. ND QB situation is scary at this point. If this happens, reveals the strength of Coach Stuckey.

What top new incoming QB? If you are talking about Ewers, he hasn't exactly blown everyone away. Still in a battle with Card.

Do you know for a fact that he wants to stsy home? As we have seen over the years, some kids want to get away from home, or they fall in love with a school. Billy Schraith for example.

Not sure it’s an assumption of wanting to stay home as much as a Westlake kid that Texas wants and they are indeed somewhat hot on the trail is a very tough pull.

That being said ND seems to have done well “profiling” the ND type kids they want to try to pluck out at the WR position in particular.

It is hard to reach the same level of excitement for Greathouse as it is Gallagher. I'm interested to see if the Jaden's tune changes when he gets back home and the post visit high goes away.

With that said, I think Rees and Stuckey have done a fantastic job in identifying receivers not named Carnell Tate. It'll probably give Jaden some piece of mind knowing that Braylon James is in the class, as he's from Texas too.

James-Greathouse-Gallagher. Damn. Lock that shit up.
