I wonder if that’s why he stayed at Clemson as long as he did. He knew inside he didn’t know if it would work so he stayed at a safe position that was being paid well.

According to Drumm, he’ll be visiting with his dad and gf. OU plans to lay out their plans for his dad. He hopes to have things done by thanksgiving or first part of December.

Well that doesn’t sound great, but it’s coming from the OU side of things. Also, I don’t like that mom isn’t going since she’s all ND.

Drumm’s sources are 1000% the Guyer football staff possibly even the HC. Extremely pro OU as are Drumm and Thune themselves.

A top 20 player in the NIL era will keep me concerned until signing day, at least...but not going to get worked up until stuff starts coming out from the national reporters

i know most on here don't like them but as i said recently Brian and Ryan from an IB podcast said not long ago said for irish fans need to stop listening to a lot of these writers spreading false crap when it come to the recruitment of Peyton as they still say he is all irish

This. I’ve been under the impression this was wrapped up awhile ago. You know, making a commitment and all.

With that said, maybe this is an opposing program using the media to push a BS narrative. Though that seems hard to believe since Eli isn’t attending. Can’t be about the brother anymore.

Drumm with an update from the weekend that Bowen has a great time and really likes the play of OU’s safeties. Hung out with Arnold, his gf, and dad. Also, mentioned how coaches have a good relationship with his dad and dad trusts the staff. Mom prefers ND and he’s not sure they’ll overtake ND for mom, but it’s Peyton’s decision in the end. It’s a tough decision for him because he has relationships with all the schools talking to him right now. Said OU side feels a lot better about this recruitment and that OU believes they’ll be the final pick come signing day. Also said he’s heard this all before and nothing has happened so he’s skeptical.

It’s Peyton’s decision in the end so he should ignore Mom…..

In the actual interview portion, Peyton basically only said factual descriptions of the visit. Nothing to take from it.

ND can offer a lot more to Peyton than Oklahoma. Also if my girlfriend went to the same college as me that could be a big distraction

Someone on II said rivals predicted him flipping to OU. Didn’t see anything on ND’s rivals, so I’m guessing he meant OU’s.

Nick Harris basically said OU is the prime contender to flip him and that "as of now" he's predicting it to happen. Didn't seem like anything imminent.
