I’m a Youngstown kid and my family’s all from Pittsburgh, so I’ve always had a fondness for Pitt.

That said, I also really enjoy giving Narduzzi a wedgie, so this is quite the predicament.

Someone may transfer, but doesn't make sense if an upperclassmen with multiple years of eligibility left (Pyne, Buchner & Powlus all have three left), transfer with a semester or year short of their degree. I mean it could happen, but it would be foolish on their part.

Minchey has been my favorite of Novosad, Glenn, Duncan, Johnson, anyone else we’ve given thought to since Dante. Not a grand slam, but a home run if it happens IMO

We did the height thing over the summer, start of thread, photo side by sides the works. He’s 6’1 IMO

Regardless of the strain it puts on your roster, it would be coaching malpractice to walk into next year with Pyne and Buchner as your two realistic options as starting QBs again. You just can't do that. We know Pyne is bad. We have very little evidence that Buchner is ever going to be above average, and evidence points to him being injury-prone.
