Not sure if they’re actually gonna go BPA at pick 10 if Bain, Downs, Styles are all gone (2 of those 3 def will be imo), or if they’re trying to show interest for better potential return on a trade back from 10.

I’m a total fucking idiot, but I’d take Love and tell Burrow “sorry bro, you’re probably gonna have to win shootouts all year anyway, one defender at this pick isn’t changing that.”

And somewhere, Al Golden would be breaking furniture and questioning his life decisions.

It's factually true though that one rookie defender will do nothing for the Bengals this year but an OL might. I feel like RB has got to be wayyyyyy down their list.

Thank the portal for that because he was at a new school every year. He went from Auburn to Colorado to Tennessee where he was the "other" CB opposite Jermod McCoy. Very athletic, length and physical/handsy Corner who plays with the physicality of a Safety.

McCoy missed the entire season but that was the plan. They found a "gem" in Ty Redmond though after injuries to McCoy and Rickey Gibson.

Just came out the consolidated draft board, which I understand is taking all the major draft sites rankings and combine them, has Love as the #1 prospect by a decent margin. So he will go top 5.

Yup, seems transparent that there is value in a deep top 10 and it'd behoove Arizona to trade back. With that being said, Arizona will position themselves to be drafting a QB in 2027, and drafting Love + OL help this year wouldn't be that insane.

The one position I would not be paying a premium for this year is WR. The WRs in 2027 are so much better and Carnell Tate probably wouldn't even be a top 5 prospect next year... it's ludicrous that he's being mocked solidly in the top 10.

actually, the top ten is not that deep at all. Mendoza is arguably the only QB worth drafting in the top 20
Love the only RB
Tate the only WR
Mauolaga the only OT
And Reese and Love are the only true blue chippers. Everyone else has serious warts. Downs probably the only S and his knee is a concern. Bain short arms and those accidents; Styles maybe the only other one really worthy of a Top 10. In a better draft, probably only Love and Reese would go in the top ten.
