So they'll probably go all in on Vizzina now.

Honestly not convinced Manning is that much better than him. Nico and Malachi Nelson are QB1 and 2 IMO and then there is a significant gap.

Read over the weekend that it's down to the Longhorns and Crimson Tide. I'm leaning toward Texas because of Cutliffe. I also wonder if Cooper wants Arch to show he can play and not be a by-product of 5 star linemen, RB's and WR's?

Something to note, for now, is that Cutcliffe hasn’t actually agreed to work at texas. Maybe he will, but so far there are only “reports” and a “good possibility.”

That’s an interesting argument but wouldn’t you rather play in games that matter? Bama has put more QBs in the league than Texas (or Cutcliffe) in recent years.

This.
Arch very may well go to Texas. I doubt it’s because he or his dad want to him not to be around 5-stars though.
Maybe he’ll then bypass the nfl in a few years to go play in canada instead so he can showcase what he has with a bunch of semi-pros up there too. I guess he could be put up Flutie-like numbers for the Eskimos or Rough Riders and secure his place as the G.O.A.T.

Well Sark's a big part of that recent Bama QB success.. He worked with Tua, Jones & Young while at Bama.

The NFL doesn't really care who you played for and IMO the Manning's probably don't care that much about chasing a championship compared to getting ready for the NFL. This is going to come down to who the Manning's think can best prepare him for the NFL. I can't speak for Cooper, Grandpa Arch or Eli, but I've been around Peyton a couple of times outside of football. The dude is driven, very structured and looks at every little detail while focusing on the big picture. I have to believe that while it's Cooper's son, he has his dad and brothers involved. This plus $5 will get you a Starbuck's Grande Mocha.

247 now reporting per his dad Cooper that they haven't narrowed the list down. It's still UT, UA, Ol' Miss and UGA with UF and LSU now in the mix due to the coaching changes. How ironic would that be if Kelly nabs him?

I'd like to see it. He'd put him in the NFL with all the other high rated QBs he's coached.

UT is a dumpster fire. The Mannings don’t need the NIL money. No way he ends up there.

Looks like unofficially he's narrowed it down to Texas, Alabama and Georgia with Alabama having a slight lead. Still no time frame on a decision. Wouldn't be surprised if he holds off until the other 5* QB's have announced.

Or he's waiting for Jackson State to make a move?

I think I'd be surprised if he holds off. Why would the best QB in the nation wait? He is the biggest domino, other QBs should be waiting on him to pop.

His top group already set things in motion. Tennessee bowed out and chose Nico. Nico choosing Tennessee made Bama contact Holstein who decommitted from A&M. Jaden Rashada is now following Nico’s wake too.

While I agree his top group set things in motion, ie Tennessee, do you think Bama would take Holstein and tell Arch "No thanks"? I'd be highly surprised if UGA, Bama, or Texas moved on without him committing somewhere else. I think if he is the best, and if he thinks he's the best, and those schools are saying he's the best, every other QB that has interest in any one of those three schools has to wait on him.

Plot twist- Arch says I’m not scared of competition, chooses Tennessee, dukes it out with Nico for a year. A lowly 3* making a fraction of the money that Arch and Nico make comes in and wins the starting QB job. Arch and Nico both transfer out and take their $millions with them. Tennessee goes back to the shitter and their shell companies default on loans owed relating to NIL.
