The article I read said he was now going to concentrate on his final 8 programs and may take 1 or 2 more official visits……but then later in the article it said that he could decide within a month. In other words, it’s a guessing game 😆

Right. They offered him in March. He took an unofficial there and an official months before ND offered him.

There are going to be opportunities from a sheer numbers standpoint. Very obvious.

It's become a meme at this point. Singer posted about the mystery QB recruit visiting last night and said he will share more later in the week. Loy posts 20 minutes later how it's off.

Weird that Singer's update would completely contradict ISD's. Guess we'll see.

We do believe the Irish are Lyons’ favorite school to this point and if he had to choose today, feel confident he would pick Notre Dame. But, after talking it over with his camp, he’s leaning toward letting the process play out a bit longer, understanding that Notre Dame cannot afford not to start looking at other prospects.

The Irish aren’t going to remove Lyons from the board – if anything, they may start recruiting him even harder than they’ve already been, which has been pretty hard. But, they also cannot put themselves in the position to wait a month for a decision without evaluating other options.

ND, TAMU, Miami. All "struggling" this season in different ways and on different levels, two HC in their first years at those programs in Freeman and Cristobal.

Reminiscent of Love's recruitment. Biggest difference is Lyons' recruitment didn't really start until September. I don't blame him one bit for wanting to do his due diligence.
