Hey fuuuuuuck you buddyThis board has been a little testy lately. Lol
Hey fuuuuuuck you buddy
Married to a red head. Everything you've heard is trueYour just what we are all thinking
No doubt.Oregon State is going to stack the box with everything this side of the kitchen sink and Jimmy Hoffa.
I didn't know he committed. This will be a completely unfair "full" eval of Angeli.
Whatever the answers will be at OL, RB, and WR for Leonard in 2024, Angeli will have virtually none of those as prepared as they will be come August.
I mean sure, to a degree, but to say we can't evaluate him fairly is not true. As depleted as we are, Oregon State is worse. This will be a completely unfair "full" eval of Angeli.

hes gonna be lining up with his 2024 OT's, all three of his IOL, 3 RB's and the guts of TE and WR rooms. its not like hes going out there with the practice squadThis will be a completely unfair "full" eval of Angeli.

I coined it when he signed! It's not in the thread though, or I can't find it anyway so I'll bow out. FWIW I did post it again recently in our IE Group chat when it was rumored last week Sam was going to sitdamn it! I thought I was the first to coin this term. I need the internet sleuths to find out who gets credit for being first with the "Peanut Butter Angeli Time" moniker.
edit - Looks like it was Calabrese's People who coined this in 2022 on this board. kudos to them.

Their safety, one of the best in the country, has hit the portal. I assume there are more but he's the headliner. And it's not like Oregon State isn't dealing with similar issues. They lose their coach for chrissakes!
tbf their pass rush will be intact which is probably their best overall unitAnd it's not like Oregon State isn't dealing with similar issues. They lose their coach for chrissakes!

Agree.......If there's any place that needs continuity it's the O-line and whatever Rudolph trots out there hasn't had hardly any playing time together. Advantage Beavers. This will be a completely unfair "full" eval of Angeli.

Oregon St's best OT is not playing, declared for the draft.Agree.......If there's any place that needs continuity it's the O-line and whatever Rudolph trots out there hasn't had hardly any playing time together. Advantage Beavers.
Yup. Our entire OL will be underclassmen other than Tosh, some of which are getting their first starts. I don't envy Angeli.Agree.......If there's any place that needs continuity it's the O-line and whatever Rudolph trots out there hasn't had hardly any playing time together. Advantage Beavers.
Ok let’s start by removing Carmody. Jumped the gun there sparky.I mean sure, to a degree, but to say we can't evaluate him fairly is not true. As depleted as we are, Oregon State is worse.
Angelli will have 3 starting IOL, and among these guys who are all upperclassmen, we will have respectable tackle play: Tosh Baker, Carmody, Kristofic, Amil Wagner. That's not to mention the freshman stud (Charles) or sophormore Ty Chan. That's about as good of a group as you could choose from with two OL not playing.
He'll have two stud RBs and a really good, experienced on as a 3rd (Payne).
He'll have his best WRs healthy, spare Rico. Greathouse, Fiason, Jaden Thomas, and Colize as a #4, all presumably healthy. And KK Smith is practicing so well apparently, he might start over some these guys. Is this enough for a season? Certainly not, but it's enough for 1 game (especially with mastermind Porker)
For a no name bowl, this is a pretty darn good roster and Angelli will have better talent with him than Oregon State's defense, IMO.
Point stands, we don't 4 upperclassmen OTs for 1 game.Ok let’s start by removing Carmody. Jumped the gun there sparky.
Counter Argument:This will be a completely unfair "full" eval of Angeli.

The safety’s brother is also in the portal. He is a linebacker and their leading tackler.Their safety, one of the best in the country, has hit the portal. I assume there are more but he's the headliner.
