Wish the kid luck. Hope he enjoys 8-4 and trips to the Camping World Bowls.
And some don’t
When are kids going to stop doing that? It's the low hanging fruit of announcements.Fake grabbed the OSU hat, going to Iowa
Driskell reporting that X cut off contact with the staff after the USC game
If you want to try to subjectively compare the two, if Iowa/PSU was a 10, ND/USC was probably a 3 or 4.
Reading the local newspapers, it sounded like the Iowa/PSU game pushed him over the edge. Best atmosphere they've had in a long time. Turns out, Iowa really wasn't very good. Sounded like his father wanted him to stay local, and playing time was a factor. They felt it was easier to play next year at Iowa than ND or OSU. So close to home and ability to play right away (in their eyes) won out. I personally think he liked the thought of being a big fish in a small pond. He did say that it was hard to tell Freeman he wouldn't be going to ND, so it's good MF is developing relationships.
He also said that he almost committed to each of the three schools at one point in the last year. He had built great relationships with OSU recruits, and he really liked MF. Hopefully this decision doesn't effect Proctor's choice next year as I think he is the better of the two.
BTW, Iowa's offense was putrid this year, and their defense was lit up several games. They should be back to being 7-5 next year, and the next year, and the next year and....
With all that said, Raridon was the best player in Iowa this year, hands down. Everyone will love this athleticism and fit right in with what Tommy likes to do with TE's. He is also a great basketball player.

Eh... I don't know if Raridon was hands down the best player.
With that said, the Iowa/PSU atmosphere was absolutely bonkers. Kinnick started selling beer this year. Iowa fans flowing in busch light had that place freaking buzzing. I went to both Iowa/PSU and ND/USC. If you want to try to subjectively compare the two, if Iowa/PSU was a 10, ND/USC was probably a 3 or 4.
This guy. Post more.
And if you stumbled upon a debate in this profile about Iowa or Indiana being the better state, I want to apologize on the behalf of the board right now and welcome you with open arms.
Are we going to pretend based on the poster and the fact that we didn't get Nwampka, that he's not the best prospect in Iowa? Please stop.
This is always the dumbest comeback…always. Thanks for the update Mrs. Raridon.
