I'd say that the Vols have been significantly less successful than the 4 other teams, at least recently. Hell, even the Aggies have had a double digit win season in the past decade

Freeman says that the most likely case is that Adeleye is trying to get schools to recruit him. Said sources have said he is an off-field issue.

I’m not down with that but even if I was it doesn’t sound like he’s all that into ND. He just wants schools to recruit him so he can talk about it. Freeman used the phrase, he’s recruiting schools, lol.

The only issues I can think of, if you want to call the first 2 issues, are:

He called out a group of people in front of the entire high school during lunch because they posted some questionably racist information on social media. Things got a little heated. He eventually transferred high schools around that same time but that was not the reason for the transfer.

He also called out Kirk Herbstreit on twitter when he and Jackson Carman were on the same recruiting trip to OSU. Herbstreit was jawing at Carman for something when Urbie came under fire when he lied about that stuff that happened with Zach Smith. link attached https://ftw.usatoday.com/2017/12/ki...nse-micah-parsons-jackson-carman-espn-gameday

Agreed. I was dredging the Pacific for anything I could remember. I didn't think of any of them were issues. Only issue is that this kid is extremely talented and he knows it. He should be a top 5 pick.

Wasn't the issue with Parsons something along the lines he was committed to OSU, but he may have received some illegal benefits from OSU so he ended up at Penn State? Similar situation to Victor Abiamiri and Maryland which ended up Victor to choose Notre Dame thankfully.

While on a campus tour led by football recruiting assistant Ed Terwilliger, the recruit met Herbstreit on the show’s set, took a photo with two College GameDay analysts who are not former Ohio State players — believed to be Corso and Davis — while sitting on-stage, and met George off the set, according to the records. Though recruits on official visits are able to speak with former student-athletes of the school they are visiting, they are not allowed to “have contact with members of the media associated with former student-athletes.”

“As such, a violation of NCAA Bylaws 13.10.1 and 13.10.2.4 occurred, as members of the media may not be present during an institution’s recruiting contact with a prospect and a prospect may not participate in team activities that would make the public or media aware of the prospect’s visit to the institution,” Ohio State’s self-violation report said.

According to the records, Terwilliger allowed the recruit and his parents to enter College GameDay’s production area in front of the set, which is inaccessible to the public. The group was then given credentials by a producer of the show. The action is regarded as an improper benefit by the NCAA, and was self-reported by Ohio State.

I certainly wasn't bagging Parsons or claiming he had "off field issues" as a recruit. I was in fact using him as an example of that term being leveled on someone but they then go on to great things. I am pretty confident if we go look at his recruiting thread the label gets put on him at some point.
I could also be mistaking him for that Alfonso (Alabama) recruit who obviously does have issues.
