Wanna lay money on that FSU td? Bunch of delusions and hype like he’s hopping Cam Williams and Greathouse on the depth chart.
Dude, why so bitter about Buchner? For real. He seems like a great kid. A great guy for locker room environment. This is a cool story about how special ND is and you are talking about him writing a book about interceptions? Really? Seems personal, brother. Because there is literally no reason to throw shade. If it isn't personal and you are just hating to hate...look into some concepts like grace and forgiveness, my friend. It will change your world outlook, make you a happier person, and likely change things for the better for your loved ones.

His letter was just more proof that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. IMO he is admitting he left for the wrong reasons and came back for the right reasons.

If he plays that’s probably not a good sign for the WR room.

Kid made a mistake transferring, came back and is helping the team as a walkon. He's paying his own way and still wants to be a part of the team. That's a good thing and he should be applauded, not mocked.
Kid made a mistake, held himself accountable and refused to curl up in a corner and play the victim like a lot of the youth today. Took the money he made and pays his own way and walks on. He didn't buy expensive watches, cars and go bankrupt like some. High character kid you want in the locker room and has a story of never give up and find a way to succeed story to tell. If he can save 1 kid on the team to stop from making the same mistake, then he has done his job on the team. Total class act and pulling for this kid

This is a good point. I would also add one other point. It may be very beneficial to have a guy like him on the team, who thought the grass was greener and found out it wasn’t, when some younger kids struggle with that decision

I guess I’m more a once you walk out that door you’re dead to me guy but I see the other side too I guess.
I’ll bet if he was the second coming of Huarte, Hanratty, or Quinn transferring back you wouldn’t have a problem.

People also forget that in addition to Rees whispering sweet nothings and promising him he could start he also got paid a ton of $$ to transfer… if your options are be a guaranteed backup behind a transfer ND just brought in OR get paid a ton of money to start at a top tier program 99.9% of people are going to take the money.

Proud of him for coming back after a semester and understanding the value of ND. Also, he worked his ass off as a lacrosse player to get better as the year went on and become a contributor.

To be fair, Alabama's QB room was a mess to start the season, and it was clear that Buchner wasn't getting the start at ND again with Hartman coming in. He had a better chance at Alabama. Don't fault him for going, and glad he's returned ala the Prodigal Son.

I am happy. Just never thought he was a good qb and then he bailed. What do you want me to do? Throw him a parade?
I'd rather you show a modicum of respect. Ripping on a youngster is not a good look. Unless you are a youngster, which would explain the posts.

Buchner embodies the combined prowess of Smardzija's arm, Floyd's agility, Tate's tenacity, and Fuller's speed.

Brown's job prospects will pivot on his ability to nurture Buchner's growth and unleash his full potential on the gridiron.

Very interested to see if Buchner can make a real impact at this position. Still pleasantly surprised about him going to wr and back on the team. He is quick with moves and can run. Just hope he has hands and can run routes well. Should be fun to see how wrs turn out this year. Big change in the unit from 23 to 24.

We're going to be very happy he's here when a couple of these guys transfer out next year.
Instant upperclassman backup. Imo, he's a perfect fit our this offense.

"You come off as a frat boy that was loved too much by his Stepmom and liked to randomly yell out. “my daddy will sue you”
