I actually really love this letter he wrote. It's full of humility and love for the program. It showcases a healthy culture and I think it's extraordinarily classy by Freeman to offer him a walkon spot.

You might've thought Rees would've at least gotten a mention in there somewhere. But it was all Saban.
Either way, in addition to seemingly being a good kid, Buchner's a hell of an athlete. Maybe we can find a way to use him out there. If nothing else we now have another guy with starting QB experience on the roster.
