I believe it was reported by 247 that ND was going to hold off on QB offers until they get guys on campus to throw in front of the staff

Maybe recency bias but the 92 offers yesterday (with 0 QB offers no less) seems much higher than past years. They also seem to be a lot more high profile offers than previous years

There's no reason for NC to not be a pipeline of sorts for ND. The volume is there for prospects who are good enough to play at ND and also be qualified academically. They already have 1 commit from NC in the 2026 class and are receiving OV's from at least 5 other prospects, and that doesn't include Rodney Dunham. They should try and get 3+ kids from there every year.
