So regarding the BYU/Tech game,… why are we all so sure a loss doesn’t get Tech jumped by multiple teams?? Am I missing something there?

This TD is on the conspiracy scale 1 - 10 is greater than 1 in terms of suspect. Looks like maybe a match Cover 3. The safety over the top rolls aggressively to the boundary for no reason. The slot drops intentionally away from the guy over him and to the other WR. The LB doesn’t carry him at all. The CB doesn't drop like he has a deep third. Everyone is almost unanimously avoiding him. It’s a contain rush no aggression. If you were gonna intentionally let someone score, it would look like that.

I don't generally believe in teams having any reason to throw games, but with money incentivizing playoff bids, this play is very suspect.

Tech is basically us from a computer/analytics perspective with a better record. It's hard to think a 12-1 is dropping beneath us with those advance stat numbers.

We don’t know that, but it would be a lot for the #5 (maybe #4 if they drop TAMU) to be dropped all the way out of the playoff possibly
