A busted 61 yard run against a 7 loss Northwestern team that beat us in OT? Angeli would never...lose to such a bad team that is.

Went back and watched the film. No doubt Angeli starts the year as #1. Very timely and efficient on his last series. I actually like Minchey over Carr right now. Didn’t see anything above and beyond from Carr at least in the BG scrimmage.

Hard to glean much though with a lot of backups in. Should be a good competition in the fall but with Angeli’s ability to read the D and spin it I can see him winning. Minchey and Carr don’t offer the elite speed to separate from Angeli’s experience. Dude will probably get hurt at some point anyway with Landow as SC

He disappeared off the face of the earth. This was after he tried to transfer out of ND in the dead of night without saying a thing to the coaches, they found out from the players he left. Well, he did play a forgettable season at FSU after that, and a season or two in the CFL. Nobody really knows what happened after that, he went dark in 2018 on social media. A guy in the comments of this video claims Golson lives in his hometown and has a fiance and baby, but that's about it.

Everyone knew Golson was leaving the second he got his degree. The only reason his transfer out was so "late" was that he had to make sure he was graduating. Coaches, staff, players, hell...reporters...were well aware he was going to go.

It's Minnesota All-American and Chicago Bear Bronko Nagurski. I believe he had the record for the largest NFL championship ring size until Fridge Perry came along. Dude was a monster back in the day.
