I don’t know how anyone hates the Sanders pick in the FIFTH FUCKING ROUND. It’s an amazingly high value pick for this late. I do get how amazing it is to make the Gabriel pick look even worse lol but whatever, no team will hit on every pick in any given draft so I’m going try to just let it go.

I’m on board. Let’s ride with Sanders.

Sanders is safe also. Calling that now. Now that the bs is behind us you give this kid every shot to prove himself, at least for 2025. If he shows why he fell is ability on the field then you load up again for a qb next year but in no way is he not at least your backup this year.

It’s a fifth rounder,… if it doesn’t work out whatever. I do think there had to be a push and pull with ownership here. That would explain how this played out

I think the Browns' new strategy is to have qb tryouts for the starting spot with all the guys they're dealing with Watson, Pickett, Flacco, Gabriel and now Shedeur.

Also they're more battle tested with red flag qbs than any team with the Watson fiasco. Crazy

I think the headache aspect is playing a huge role. Take a chance on Riley Leonard or Will Howard...you aren't going to have people jizzing on social media everytime they are on the screen...and their dad's won't be hovering around.

If Deion was a Bo Jackson type who just minds his own business (he never has and never will) and does redneck shit in Alabama or whatever, I bet the kid would have been drafted.

In the 4th, kid is just ok with no outstanding talent. Could be a game manager but he holds the ball waaaay too long and takes a ton of sacks.

I said before my brownies picked him how crazy this was and how wild it was that the teams that need a qb werent using a FOURTH OR FIFTH rounder on a qb most who get paid to do this thought was a first round talent. Watson will be on the IR. We had insurance on his contract and will get a significant chunk back because of his injury.

Pickett likely gets cut imo. Either that or Gabriel to the practice squad. Doubt they want to do that with the 3rd round QB they just picked though.

Depth chart will be Flacco - Sanders - Gabriel imo.

What? I think you’re reading into my post stuff that wasn’t there. I was only addressing the idea that he shouldn’t have been drafted today and that it’s a bad pick… all the other stuff you mentioned above has nothing to do with my post or thoughts
